Insurance & Payment Information
At this time, Blooming Minds is an out-of-network provider with all insurance panels. We are happy to provide a monthly Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We also accept FSA and HSA card payments for your convenience. For more details about your out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance provider directly.

The average costs listed below are provided as a general reference and reflect typical fees for our services. As a small practice, we are able to tailor many of our services to your individual needs, and fees may vary (either higher or lower) depending on your specific situation.
